CIIC Welcomes Four New Members
Consortium of Independent Immunology Clinics (CIIC) Welcomes Four New Members
January 30, 2021 – The Consortium of Independent Immunology Clinics (CIIC), a professional medical organization represented by a group of selected Board Certified Allergists and Immunologists in private practice throughout the USA, is proud to announce the addition of four new members to its network.
The addition of these providers and their clinics expands CIIC representation into Northern California, Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. As of Fall 2020, the CIIC membership now has practicing Immunologists in 18 of the 50 U.S. states, with plans for continued membership growth in 2021.
The new CIIC Members listed below bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology to the CIIC.

Dareen Siri, M.D. of Midwest Allergy Sinus Asthma, SC – Normal, Illinois.
Josh Jacobs, M.D. of Allergy & Asthma Medical Group of the Bay Area – Walnut Creek, California.
Tidence Prince, M.D. of The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center – Knoxville, Tennessee.
The welcoming of these new members furthers the CIIC mission of providing cutting edge therapy to patients with Primary Immune Deficiency Disorders (PIDD) and promoting access to treatment.
About the CIIC: The CIIC is a professional medical organization formed in 2013 and comprised of select Board Certified Allergists and Immunologists in private practice throughout the USA. Our members provide high quality care for patients with Primary Immune Deficiency Disorders (PIDD), promote access to treatment, serve as advocates to patients and physicians who care for PIDD patients and participate in research that benefits patient care.
