Dr. Jacobs is a board certified Allergist and Clinical Immunologist. He completed his medical training and pediatric residency at the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri. Dr. Jacobs went on to complete his fellowship in both Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunology at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri in 2011.

Dr. Jacobs actively participates in clinical research and is involved in educating both medicine residents and Allergy and Immunology fellows at UMKC. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the Clinical Immunology Society.

Travis Sifers is a board-certified Allergist and Immunologist. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Sifers completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Missouri—Kansas City and a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City.

Dr. Sifers is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is a volunteer associate professor in the department of medicine at the University of Missouri—Kansas City and a partner in private practice at Kansas City Physician Partners Center for Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

Dr. Sifers’ interests include non-infectious immune dysregulation in primary immune deficiencies as well as immunotherapy in food allergy.
