Dr. Toral Kamdar is a board-certified Allergist and Immunologist. She earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Kamdar completed a residency program in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunology at McGaw Medical Center Northwestern.
During her training, Dr. Kamdar was involved in multiple peer reviewed publications in food allergy, eosinophilic esophagitis and contact dermatitis. Prior to joining the Allergy and Asthma Medical Group in 2017, Dr. Kamdar was in clinical practice in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She is also board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI) and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI) and is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (JCAAI) as well.
Dr. Kamdar’s outside interests include hiking, traveling and spending time with her children and husband.
