Dr. Teresa Neeno is Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology and specializes in Pediatrics. Dr. Neeno was in private practice in Anchorage Alaska for 16 years. Dr. Stanley Cheng
Dr. Cheng is an Allergist/Immunologist with a passion for helping patients overcome the challenges of allergic and immunologic diseases. Dr. Cheng is an Allergist/Immunologist with a passion for helping patients overcome the challenges of allergic and immunologic diseases. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Cheng received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley, graduating cum laude. From there, he went on to earn a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine, setting him on the path to becoming a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist and Allergist/Immunologist. Following his Internal Medicine residency at ChristianaCare in Newark, DE, Dr. Cheng pursued a fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. This intensive training has equipped him with the expertise needed to effectively diagnose and treat a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions, including allergic rhinitis, eczema, asthma, chronic urticaria, primary immunodeficiency, eosinophilic esophagitis, and more.
With a particular interest in food and drug allergy, Dr. Cheng is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and treatment options in his field. As an avid cook, restaurant and cuisine adventurer, and lover of food, he is committed to helping his patients decrease the burden of food allergies and increase their quality of life. Dr. Jennifer Xu received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of medicine then completed her internal medicine residency at Emory University. She is member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She is currently board certified in Internal Medicine. She is passionate about patient education and helping patients improve their quality of life. Her clinical interests are in asthma, chronic urticaria, nasal polyps/AERD, and food/medication allergies.
She recently moved to the Sacramento area with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new foods, reading, and going on long walks.

Dr. Chipps has been in private practice in Sacramento since 1979. He is the past medical director of respiratory therapy and the cystic fibrosis center at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento and is past associate medical director of the Sutter Community Hospitals Sleep Laboratory which he established in 1984. Christine Anderson is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of respiratory and allergic disease for patients of all ages. Christine received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. She completed her internships in a family practice and urgent care setting, and previously worked as a registered nurse for several years with Capital Allergy.
Christine works closely with Dr. Chipps to provide comprehensive care for chronic and acute conditions. In her role she has the ability to perform physical assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of respiratory and allergic conditions, and provide patient education related to those diseases.

Dr. Garcia grew up in Colorado, but frequently visited California for family trips. She was thrilled to have the opportunity to relocate to Sacramento. In her personal time, she enjoys being with her husband, son, and mini goldendoodle. She also delights in hiking, indoor cycling, trying new restaurants, traveling, and going to the theater.
