Kristina James, MD is a board-certified Allergist and Immunologist. She earned her medical degree from Sanford School of Medicine in South Dakota.  Following medical school, Dr. James completed a residency program and fellowship in Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. James founded the Peninsula Allergy and Asthma Center in Soldotna, Alaska in 2012.  She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and American College of Physicians.  She serves on the board of the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the House of Delegates of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

When Dr. James is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family traveling and exploring the outdoors.
